Onwell Communication Limited (ONWELL) warrants its audio accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following stated period under normal use and service.

Earphone with Only Receiving Function: Three (3) months from the date of shipment
Earphone accessories are consumable products which deficiencies are resulted from normal tear and wear. Full replacement or refund is provided when any defective in function and workmanship has been identified within 30 days of delivery with products still in original packaging, and without any physical damage.

All Other Accessories: Twelve (12) months from the date of shipment
     
Limited Warranty Coverage:
Subject to inspection, testing and analysis, ONWELL will repair, replace, or refund a defective accessory at its option. Replaced or repaired products will be covered for the remaining warranty period. If the accessories do not exhibit the reported defect, products can either be sent back at purchaser’s expense or disposed of locally at the purchaser’s decision.
     
Warranty Exclusions:
(1) Consumable parts subject to normal wear and tear.
(2) Products that have been modified, altered, or improperly tested.
 
Warranty Warning: Unauthorized modification to ONWELL products may result in permanent hearing damage. User has the sole responsibility to determine the applicability of and compliance to local hearing protection regulations.
(3) Defects, capacity loss, or damages result from:
  - Improper operation, installation, misuse, and abuse.
Caution: It is user’s sole responsibility to determine proper fit of the product in the ear.
  - Improper and inadequate storage.
  - Accident or negligence.
  - Use of products under abnormal or hazardous conditions (Unless products are designed and manufactured to the standard of such usage condition)
  - Contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity and heat or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt, and food (Unless products are designed and manufactured to meet IP Water and Dust Resistant Standard)
     
Warranty Claim Procedures:
(1) Contact an ONWELL personnel and send a list of accessories to be returned and obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Products returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or serviced. ONWELL may request partial quantity of the product to be sent back for analysis before releasing a RMA number.
(2)

Return products with RMA# to ONWELL. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ONWELL is not liable for transportation, duty, labour, and other charges related to the return. Proper reimbursement of the charge can be agreed after analysis of the cause(s) of the defective accessories.

(3) Accessories returned must accompany reasons for returning with the product or inside the product’s package bag (if not previously notified by the purchaser). Returned accessories lacking the above information will not be serviced.
     
THE AFORESAID WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS AND TO THE EXTEND PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ALL OTHER LIABILITIES OF ONWELL COMMUNICATION LIMITED WITH RESPECT TO DEFECT OR DEFICIENCY APPLICABLE TO OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM, THE PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY ONWELL COMMUNICATION LIMITED, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT OR IN NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, ONWELL COMMUNICATION LIMITED’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE INVOICE PRICE OF ANY PRODUCT FOR WHICH WARRANTY CLAIM IS MADE, NOR SHALL ONWELL COMMUNICATION LIMITED IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR DAMAGES OR LOSS OF USE.
